I have recently gotten married and lost about 18 ponds before the wedding.. I also los a lot of incehs and looked great on my wedding day.. I over ate on my honeymoon and on the months after the wedding and put some weight back on.. I have been trying my very harderst to lose the weight again an it WONT come off .. weight wise or inches…. And I am doing the same things I was doing before.. Anyone have any suggestions!!!!!!!!!!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

i ordered flirty girl fitness last week from their website. you can get all the dvd’s for $59, i chose to do the 3 payment option. If you do it that way they won’t auto-enroll you to receive videos every month. i can’t afford to get the stripper pole, and besides i’m renting lol, and i don’t think my roommate would like a hole in the ceiling for a stripper pole! but it looks like its going to be a lot of fun.

and if you’re looking to lose weight kind of fast, my b/f who smokes pot occasionally had to take a drug test years ago. and the trick is to lose all of your body fat to pass the test. lol easier said than done, but what he did was eat one to 2 meals a day. nothing after 6. he would make sure he sweat at least once a day w/ some sort of exercise, and would drink almost 2 gallons of water a day. just fill up a jug. drink some, take a break, drink some more, take a break.

he says that fat is water solluble, so every time you sweat or go pee pee, a little bit of fat is coming out. i’ve also found that low carb, staying under 20 actual carbs a day will make you drop the weight fast. be careful, good luck, and congratulations on your wedding!

what is the best way to get in shape for my wedding in April? I wanna lose 35 lbs, 20 minimum… i know diet and excercise are key… and ever since i got engaged, i have dropped alot of calories and i am working out to dance dance revolution 45 min. a day with my fiance…any advice on how to jump kick my weight loss? no pills please. thanks.

Before my wife and I got married she told me what she wanted for a wedding present – a couple of sessions with a personal trainer so that she could look fabulous in her wedding gown. So that’s exactly what I got her, and once a week for the 3 months prior to our wedding, she’d meet with her personal trainer to tweak her exercise routine for the coming week. It paid off in a big way for her and she couldn’t have been happier. You might want to consider the same as its hard to go wrong with professional instruction!

Okay so I’m fat.

I have two weeks until my wedding and I want to at least tone up a TINY bit to look okay in my dress.

My plan is basically to walk around 7 miles every day for the next two weeks. Also, depending on the day I plan to do some toning with Pilates, yoga, and ab exercises (not all on the same day).

Besides that, I am completely cutting out sweets for the next two weeks (easy, done it before) – eating smaller breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Is that enough to even make a TEENY, TINY difference? I’m not looking for drastic weight loss or a tight body, I know that’s not realistic in 2 weeks. But will this do anything?

yes it will do a lot! eating well and doing some exersize will be fantastic for you… and you should keep it up after your wedding too. you will feel better for it. will probably give you a beautiful glow for your wedding too.

ok i really need advise on my fitness plan

my routine:

mon – wed – fri – 3.5 mile run in 35mins – 10 min jump rope – 80 squarts – 40 dorsal riases – 80 lunges – 150 sit-ups – 40 press-ups 200 10kg weights on my arms.

tue – thur,- 3.5mile run in 35mins (im trying to increase my run time) 10 min jump rope – 50 tricep dips – 10 chin ups – 150 sit-ups – 40 press-ups – 200 10kg weights
on my arms. sat/sun rest days
i might start going to the gym once a week to work on swimming and legs etc but the gyms too far away to go more.

do you think i need to increase my routine or is it ok? any tips and advise would be great. Iv got 5 months till i join the british army :p
im fit and healthy too..im not over weight.

I had a buddy just go through basic and was not nearly as prepared. You’ll do fine. You’ll probably be used to make the less prepared more motivated.

In the last couple of years I’ve put on about 15 lbs because I’m just not able to hit the gym like I use to. However I am getting married in a year and with new beginning to life I would like to start it off the right foot by being fit, healthy and happy.

I would like to keep my curvy figure but I would like to drop 15-20 lbs and basically tone up. I don’t have the money to hire the gym’s personal trainer so how do I go about doing this on my own?

this lost version of breakfast club? This I would love to see! I know it says hughes had the only copy but just wondering if its been released or going to be since he died recently. here’s the description from imdb trivia:

"John Hughes originally wanted "The Breakfast Club" to be a 2-1/2 hour movie. However, many of the scenes were cut out and the negatives destroyed. John Hughes said in Première that he had the only complete copy of The Breakfast Club on film. Among the cut scenes from the movie (some filmed, some only written) are: -Carl predicts where the five kids will be in 30 years. Bender will have killed himself, Claire will have had "2 boob jobs and a face lift," Brian will have become very successful but die of a heart attack due to the stress of the high paying job. I know I hate to say this but try David’s Bridal, I know you can get sleeves like the ones you want added to any dress. I would assume you could do that at any bridal shop, you really have to get out and look around, many great bridal shops don’t have all of their dresses on their websites. Good luck from one "future bride" to another :)
