I have a gold band with a princess cut diamond! My engagement ring and wedding band are soldered together. It has baguettes around both sides of the big main diamond and on the wedding band! I LOVE IT!
I do like 15 different type of sits up (totaling over 1,500 a day), 5 different type of push up, dips, pulls up, swim many laps, and run about 3 to 5 miles five along with some sprints or six days a week. I do weight work out three days a week I work my legs on Monday, my arms on Wed, and my torso on Friday. Sunday is alway my off day.
My goal is to increase my endurace, speed, stamina, and make myself less vulnerable in Muay Thai fight.
Is this work out schedule good or bad?
Oh and I’m 5′7, 130 lbs. I’m 22 years old. I’ve been doing Muay Thai for three years and had few fights. However I want to improve my fitness to improve my game.
Two things.
Endurance and speed are at odds with one another. So, you will work twice as much as you could work, because often the effect of one null the effects of the other. Set for endurance with SOME better speed OR speed with SOME better endurance. You can’t have both at their peaks.
Second thing is, IF you are an ectomorph, the way you are working out with weights doesn’t work for your body type. You should do a full body workout every other day (even if you vary the exercises you do for every part from one day to another). If you are a mesomorph or an endomorph, the cardio you do is too wrong (too much).
Moral: try to assess your body type and train it at its best. You are trying to be perfect and you aren’t going to be, because if you train like that you will overdo it.
My fiancee says eggs and or beer help hair grow fast is this true? Does anyone have any home remedies?
Your make up person (the one who will do your make up) should have some suggestions.
I have never heard of a way to grow out eyebrows.
When I got married my make up person did it for me.
You can even try out different styles before the wedding to see what you like.
So, no worries.
There are other things to concentrate on.
Good Luck.
This week I’ve started T.E.A.M. weight loss from Lifetime Fitness. I was wondering what type of results I could see in +12 weeks
This is what I’m doing now:
FOOD:
3 meals a day. Which includes the following:
Breakfast, which must contain fruit, some lowfat dairy, and whole wheat toast or oatmeal
Lunch: in which i need 3 cups of greens or 2 cups of veggies, some sort of lean protein, a lowfat dairy, and a sensible starch.
Dinner: Same as lunch
And 2 snacks: which should include lots of veggies and perhaps some dairy or fruit
+100oz water
EXERCISE:
Every mon/wed/fri we get a new workout lesson that is harder than the previous. Example: One for this week was being on the treadmill for 55 minutes at various inclines and various speeds depending what zone my instructor wants me in. Each day they’ll get harder. But I’m planning on attending the gym 6 days per week and getting the same type of workout as the m/w/f classes.
I’m 5′9" 250lbs. Any help you could give would be great!
Holdme,
That sounds GREAT!
The eating is ideal because you are getting a wide variety.
Check http://www.CookingLight.com for creative, tasty and healthy ways to make your lean meats and vegetables.
Since you are going to the gym 6 days a week, incorporate weight training to gain lean muscle.
I’m just curious, but my engagement ring is princess cut, and I can’t find any wedding bands that have princess cut too. So if I got a band with round cut would that be okay? Or baguette? Thanks
they are ur rings…they can be however u like them
My engagement ring is a big oval shape, and a wedding band will not fit next to it without a large gap.
When I get married, do I have to wear them both or can I just wear the wedding ring, or maybe put the engagement ring on another finger?
DEFINITELY!
Actually, it is only a recent trend to wear both! For decades, brides stopped wearing the engagement ring once married…as a matter of fact, I don’t think engagement rings were even considered a necessity for engagement.
But, I would talk this over with your fiance- he may love the ring on your finger and be disappointed that you are considering not wearing it everyday forever. If he does mind- than go together to a jeweler who can show you a wide range of bands. Either they will have something that can work with your engagement ring (you never know until you ask) OR they may be able to steer you toward trading your ring for a set that does work together.
Hi everyone, with a wedding in the offing and ideas of starting a family soon after, I’m beginning to think about getting in shape before trying to concieve. I am at a normal weight, but I’m not in shape and I never exercise except walking an average amount. I live in a very cold place so running outside would be very uncomfortable. Any tips for an indoor pre-pregnancy fitness routine (especially for strengthening the lower back)? Thank you!!
Get a balance ball and some exercise videos and the big thing is – is that you need to use them for them to work
I have pretty wide shoulders (not like a football played, but still wide).
What would be the best shape of dress to wear?
I’m not really pear shaped (no wide hips), or apple shaped (not a huge chest. I really don’t know what shape I would be considered, maybe hourglass. I can never tell.
These help so much!! Thank you!
you mean that your shoulders are the widest part of your body? If so you’re a trangle shape and a good dress to balance this is either princess or A line, with a bit of a full skirt it mades your waist look small without making you look too broad.
Any detailed fitness/diet plans to lose 10 lbs fairly quickly? My dress doesn’t quite zip up all the way, so I have 18 days to lose weight to fit into it. (I had a baby a few months ago and I’m trying to lose that last 10-20 lbs.) Also, my dress was purchased before I got pregnant.
I know alot of it would be water weight, but I need some exercise/diet tips. I have alot of time to workout and eat right before the 9th, so I’m commited to losing at least 10 lbs.
Any suggestions?
SERIOUS answers only please.
A "stop eating" answer is a giant waste of my time and you’re an idiot.
ok may 9th is in two weeks. i would say cut your portions in half or just eat on a smaller plate and run (if you can’t run walk at a steady pace fast) for at least an hour a day. try just snacking on fruits and vegetables.
I’m getting married on Jan 17 of this coming year and I was wondering what ways I could get in shape for the "big day" upper body toning / waist slimming I suppose. I’m up for anything!
You’ve decided to get married? Run in the opposite direction. Run away. That should get you in shape.
