Abdominoplasty.
I have a wedding to go to next month and would love to lose belly fat asap. What are your thoughts on the performance of these shoes?
SKetchers shape ups are actually pretty good! Try jogging and working out! Shoes don’t really matter all that much! Just start training, eating healthy, and forget about the gear!
I’m from South Jersey and I wanted to get fit for my wedding. I wanted to take pole dance lessons instead of going to the gym in new jersey.

Ok im a teen and i need to go to a wedding in 1 week and in that week i need to loose 10 pounds. Can you help me with excercices?Food advice? PLEASE!?!?
jump rope!!… works really good!!
I’ve been doing bodyweight exercises (pushups, situps, pullups) 3 times a week (mon/wed/fri). i’ve been making steady progress, becoming capable of doing more reps and longer sets. but because my schedule is about to get busier i don’t think i can maintain this schedule. however, i want to maintain my fitness gains. i was wondering if it would be possible to maintain my current level of fitness by doing my workout twice a week instead of three times: either mon&wed or mon&fri or wed&fri, depending on my schedule each week. would this work?
Once every two day is a good schedule, but twice a week shouldn’t be bas either.
Monday through Friday, I have soccer practice for an hour and 45 minutes every day. I also weight train 3 times per week, usually Mon/Wed/Fri.
Is it okay to take the weekends off from exercise, then? Or should I go for a run or something every Saturday? What do you think?
I’m not looking to lose weight; I just want to be healthy and maintain my fitness level.
So what would be classified as "light cardio?" Would just a short 2-3 mile run be sufficient?
Im like you, but if I take the week off, I tend to be stiff and sluggish come monday. I suggest core and stretching with light cardio. Biking, swimming and eliptical are great because they take some stress off of your feet and legs. (avoiding shin splints)
springs around the corner, what can i do to get into shape for the wedding season and summer?…
Well with any fitness regime you have to consistently work at it if you want any results. I am not very good with consistency, but I use the Carmen Electra’s stripaerobics and it really helped… I am a very non-committing person but it was very flexible and easy to do. I’m 5′4 and when I before I used it was 130 and with a good diet (small meals, lots of healthy snacking) I was able to go to 110. But you have to, at the very least, do it for 3 times a week.

I recommend the fit to strip video it’s the only one with an actual trainer that helps you and it doesn’t have any stripping in it. So very simple. I’m pretty sure any other aerobics video would be the same but this is what I used and I was satisfied.
So good luck.
im getting married in around 5 months,, and i want to loose wieght,, i have a curvy body,, what do u guys recommend ?! i work from 7:30 am to 3:30 alot of temptation during office hours ,,how can i overcome them? i decided to buy wii fitness maybe it would help, what do u think?
You should check this out this method that I tried. It works fast for me and I lost 12 pounds in one month. You can find more info at link below.
I plan to lift (hard lifting) 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri). I am trying to get into shape and lose some weight (I am going to do cardio 6 days per week….3 days of swimming and 3 days of elliptical). I do not want to get ripped I just want to build up some strength and will be taking classes at 24 hour fitness (Power Sculpt, 24LIFT, Strength Training).
You should have both protein and carbs as soon as you can after your workout so that your body can recover. Even if you’re not trying to get "ripped," protein will help you build your strength. Try to avoid fats immediately after working out, because fat will slow down the digestion of your food, which is normally good, but right after working out you need to get those calories in your system ASAP so that your body can recover.
I’m not trying to get huge muscles either, so I normally have a big glass of skim milk after working out. It has protein, plus carbs to help me recover, and no fat that will slow down digestion.
Any quick fix ideas would be much appreciated..indulged too much over the festive season and now paying the price, have started my fitness regime but I fear a few weeks too late…any tricks etc would be much appreciated…thanks.
I’d find a seamstress to fix the dress.
