i say have the wedding!
if you are pregnant during the wedding then you are pregnant , the baby will be there on ur special day. if get lucky u'll have the baby b4 wedding. dont worry about getting back into shape, just be happy that you have a new baby there with you! Be happy and enjoy.

maybe planning a wedding will distract you from turning baby making into WORK.
ideally marriage comes first, but you obviously have a special situation. so go for it!

good luck!
References :
You know your eggs don't go down the same fallopian tube every month, and you are lucky you even got to keep that tube - or not. Do what you feel is in your heart and what you really want. After you have a baby you will find you want to focus all your time on that, or you will enjoy the break and getaway - It just depends on the type of peron you are.
References :
i think you should go for it, we have our wedding booked for 2012 but have said we will be trying up until october of next year so that i wont be pregnant on the day but i don't see anything wrong with anybody trying as long as they are ready and if it will be easier on your body to do it sooner rather than later then go for it, good luck
References :
Go ahead with the wedding rather you get pregnant or not. You will have a lot of fun TTC while planning for your wedding and hey, if it happens it happens, if it doesn't then it doesn't. You will still have fun. You just have to keep your head up and go on with your life.
References :
I think it is a good idea to go ahead with the wedding...dont' worry about getting in shape...you are young and will spring back. A wedding will give you a lovely positive thing to focus on after your difficult time.

My best friend was told at age 36 that she would need IVF to conceive...her tubes were very scarred...she decided to plan her wedding in order to focus on something else other than getting pregnant and her impending IVF....she got pregnant 4 months before the wedding!. She had to walk down the aisle squeezed into this dress...she did not care! She was just happy.

Go ahead with the wedding....stay off the pill and be happy. Good luck!
References :
Comment on where can i get a large heart punch or stencil to make heart shaped wedding invites? by paperluvr

10cm is approx 4 inches, so anything that large would have to be a Die or Stencil. Punches seem to only go up to 3” - 3.5" (Marvy Uchida makes regular heart and scalloped heart punches in up to 3 inch sizes only)

In the USA, many scrapbook stores, some rubber stamp stores and even some Art Supply stores carry large commercial die cutting machines (made by Accu-cut) that have multiple dies to pick from (hearts, invitations & envelopes included). You can use these machines & dies for free, if you buy the paper from the same store. This is a great way to do a large number of the same shape. I would call your local stores to see if any have a heart die in the size you want, before you go to each one. If you are not sure of stores in your area, I would try a site like http://local.trueknowledge.com/scrapbook/glasgow/ to get the phone numbers & information from local crafters.

You didn’t say how many invitations you planned on making… or if you already have any type of home crafting die cut machine. (like a Sizzix Big Shot / Ellison Big Kick / Spellbinders Wizard / Provo Craft Cuttlebug / Accu-cut Zip e’ Mate / QuicKutz Epic or Revolution) you can make several in the comfort of your own home. Each company makes dies for their machine – but almost every machine can accept the dies from all of the other companies (so you can use a die made by one company in a machine made by another company). The most popular set of heart dies is probably the Spellbinders Nestabilities. The hearts come in graduating sets for both regular hearts and scalloped hearts. They also have additional embossed edge if you want – adding to the elegant look. http://www.spellbinderspaperarts.com/

The link to the Nestabilities® Classic Heart #S4-136 die set is here… http://spellbinderspaperarts.com/classic-heart.html

The link to the Nestabilities® Classic Scalloped Heart #S4-137 die set is here… http://spellbinderspaperarts.com/classic-scalloped-heart.html

There is an electronic option as well. The Provo Craft Cricut die cutting machine. It requires an investment of the machine (approx $300 US dollars) and then additional cartridges are available ($90 US dollars each – but you can get them on sale) for even more images. You just place your paper onto the sticky mat, place the mat into the machine and hit the cut button. The Cricut does the cutting for you – and you have control over how many and whatever size you want in .25” increments.

The least expensive option is the Provo Craft Coluzzle. It a plexiglass template that has tracks cut into it. You use a special craft knife with a swivel blade in the tracks and cut most of the image out. (Then you have to snip 2 little parts with scissors to release the image from the paper). The Coluzzle has been around for about 10 yrs or so and works great, but it is better for things you only need a few of. If you have a lot of time, but not money, this is a frugal option.

Hope that helps

If you want to lose weight faster, you'll need to eat less and exercise more. Bottom
line: 1,050 to 1,200 calories and one hour of exercise a day (but be sure not to dip
below this calorie level for safety's sake). On this type of plan, you can expect to
lose 3-5 pounds the first week.

Check out those websites below. They have many helpful tips. Hope that helps. :)
References :
http://tinyurl.com/howto-fat-loss

I should think you would be able to buy heart shaped paper, my little girls had that kind of paper before. I'd try a hobbie craft shop(hobby craft), you can buy heart shaped post it notes but their sell cutters good luck finding some.
