Best work out routine to tone your body before wedding?
I’m getting married in april, im planning to wear a strapless almost mermaid style dress..I’m not overweight so loosing weight is not what i want..(i’m a size 2) but I dont exercises much..i wan to get in good shape for my wedding photos..like have toned arms and abs (for honeymmon) and a nice butt..can I do it in 2.5 months..?
what exercises work best that i can do at home because im kinda lazy to go to the gym in the winter..?
Buy yourself some free weights, they’re like $5-$10 at Target and they come in good colors! Light weights at high reps will help you tone existing muscle without bulking up. Aim for three times a week. Try bicep curls, hammer curls and tricep kickbacks with a 5 to 8 pound weight in 3 sets of 30. Add tricep extensions (10-12#), lateral raises (5-8#), and upright rows (12-15#). For your abs, do core work like basic crunches, long-leve sit-ups, rope climb, v-sit, can opener, weighed crunches, plank and side crunches. For your legs and butt do basic heel raises (with weights if you want) and squats, with or without weights. You can also do lunges. Adding a little cardio like jogging never hurts and helps get your msucles warmed up.
If all else fails, hire a trainer for a consultation and they can help you with a plan.
Good luck!

Get some good power yoga and pilates dvds. But you have to do them correctly and regularly. They can transform your body in 2 months easily as long as you’re diligent about it.

wii fit is my best friend, but there are lots of things you can do to tone your abs/arms/glutes/butt at home without the gym and dvds. Use soup cans in lieu of weights and curl them, to work the other parts of your arm pick up a weighted book like a textbook hold it over your head and reach back with it. For your butt/abs do lunges, keep your belly as flat as possible breathe lunge forward, hold for a few seconds stand up straight and then do it with the other leg. . Lunges are my secret weapon I do 50 over the course of the day,
