My routine for the past two months has been: 7 days a week. 1-2 hours a day..+or- 45 min of cardio daily. lower body mon, wed, fri…upperbody sun, tue, thru and so forth. My body looks amazing and I’m seeing results. Is this a turn-off for girls?
No looking good is never a turn off. Being obsesive is. WHen you meet a girl then show her that you do more than just working out. Also, the NCAA doesn’t even let D1 athleats work out for 7 days a week.
It is unhealthy becuase you can push yourself too far and wind up with an oversue injury. Keep up your training(it sounds really good), just remember to take an off day once a week. If you don’t want to have that day off then do yoga or something low impact so you don’t get an overuse injury. Also you see better results f you take a day off.
As far as girls go. Don’t just talk about the gym and working out. It can be a good conversation starter but if you show them you are not "one sided"(that one side being hard core athleat) then they will more likly be attracted to you and not just your body. Talking about travel or anythign in addition to working out is good.
Girls/ women are not turned off by good bodies. Sometimes when a girl sees a really hot person they don’t want to approach them because they are out of their league. So if they stoped approaching you that could be why.

No, thats awsome. I’m jealous of you, if I only had the motivation…

It really depends.
Do you have a social life? Is your training interfering in other aspects of your life? Are you extremely conceited?
If not, then good on ya! Nothing is wrong with keeping yourself healthy and fit – so long as your mind is too.
Good job.

Only a turn off if it is all you talk about and if it is all you do. Turn on if you have other great interest.

You should give yourself a break at least one day a week to give your muscles a chance to recover, otherwise they may get damaged.

In my opinion anything in excess is not good. Working out is great but even the most experienced fitness trainers will tell you there needs to be rest time for your body and muscles. You may look great now, kudos to you, but what are you doing to your body in the long run ?

no as long as you have good personality
